This notice explains the types of personal information Aspen may collect through the Sites, how that information may be used or disclosed, and rights associated with that information.

How information is collected and used
When a visitor browses the Sites, subscribes to a service, requests an appointment, or contacts Aspen through a form, the visitor may voluntarily provide information. The Sites may also collect technical information such as IP address, operating system, browser type, referring and visited pages, and browsing activity through cookies or similar technologies.
Aspen may use information to respond to requests, provide customer service, support Site functionality, understand usage, improve the online experience, communicate about services, prevent misuse or fraud, protect people and property, enforce applicable agreements, comply with law, or cooperate with lawful requests. Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to understand Site trends.
Information may be transferred to a successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all Aspen assets, subject to the applicable notice and law.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small data files a browser stores and returns to a website. Aspen may use cookies to remember preferences, support Site functions, understand navigation, attribute marketing activity, and improve the Sites. A visitor may configure a browser to refuse cookies, although some functions may not work as intended.
Aspen may use analytics or advertising providers, including Google, that use cookies or similar technologies to analyze activity and help measure or improve communications. Google provides a browser add-on for opting out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and advertising controls through My Ad Center.
Aspen may use source-specific telephone numbers to measure calls and route a visitor to the appropriate location. A tracking number is an attribution and routing tool; the receiving shop remains the relevant Aspen Auto Clinic location.
When dynamic number insertion is enabled, Aspen's call-tracking provider may read the telephone numbers displayed on a page, substitute a tracking number associated with the visitor's source, and use a cookie so that the same visitor continues to see a consistent number. Related attribution data may include the landing page, referring source, campaign parameters, and pages viewed before a call. Aspen does not place API credentials in page markup or browser storage.
Third-party services and social platforms
Aspen may use authorized service providers for website hosting, scheduling, communications, customer service, analytics, marketing assistance, payment processing, and other operational functions. Providers may receive information needed to perform their work and are expected to handle it according to their agreements and applicable law.
The Sites may link to social networks or other third-party websites and applications. Aspen does not control those services, and this policy does not govern information a visitor provides directly to them. Visitors should review a third party’s own privacy practices before sharing information.
Security
Aspen uses reasonable electronic, personnel, and physical measures intended to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access. No security measure can eliminate every risk, and Aspen cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed improperly.
Children
The Sites are not intended to collect personal information knowingly from children under 13 except as permitted by law. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child supplied personal information may contact Aspen using the information below to request appropriate action.
California privacy requests
California residents may have rights under applicable state law, including the ability to request certain information about disclosures for direct-marketing purposes. A request should be sent in writing using the contact information below and should include enough information for Aspen to understand and respond to it.
Do Not Track
Some browsers provide a Do Not Track signal. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for interpreting that signal, the Sites do not currently respond to all Do Not Track mechanisms.
Changes to this notice
Aspen may update this privacy notice. Changes will be reflected on this page, and visitors should review the current version periodically.
